Hi everyone…hoping your October is off to a great start! We were blessed to join together as a faith community at our Thanksgiving mass yesterday. We are looking forward to our monthly masses and having our school community join us!

FIRE DRILLS / LOCKDOWN
Each school year, schools are required to have 3 fire drills & a lockdown drill in the fall and then again in the spring. We will be having our drills in the next two weeks!
FOOD DRIVE
Thank you once again to the families that have already donated to our food drive. We will be accepting donations of cereal & packaged snacks until Friday, October 13th!
SPIRIT WEAR
Spirit wear orders can be placed until Thursday, October 12th…orders will be delivered the last week of October.
CLASS PHOTOS
Our fall photos are scheduled for Friday, October 13th. Students are to be in full uniform for the fall photos.
POPCORN
Orders can be placed until Thursday, October 19th for delivery on November 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th. Please note, there will be no delivery on November 2nd as our Grade 8s will be at Camp Brébeuf!
CATHOLIC SCHOOL COUNCIL
Elections were held this week & our CSC has already started planning for this year’s fundraising events…more info to come! Thank you to all our CSC members for taking on this important role. Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 14th @ 6:00 pm.

LOST & FOUND
Johnny ECO will have lost & found items out on display every Friday by the main office doors. Families are asked to please stop by to pick up any lost items!
PARENT CONFERENCE – SAVE THE DATE
This year’s Parent Conference will take place on Thursday, October 19th @ 4:30pm at Bishop Ryan CSS. Registration & more information will be shared from the Board via email in the coming weeks.
